Meet the Presenters:  Edelweiss Harrison Capstone Edelweiss leads Capstone’s M&A strategy engagements and has nearly 20 years’ experience serving senior leaders as a trusted advisor. She has worked in more than 30 different manufacturing and service industries serving Asian, European and North American clients. She advises C-suite executives on proactive strategic growth initiatives focusing on privately-held, not-for-sale opportunities. Originally from Brazil, Edelweiss worked on a ship in the Caribbean after high school solidifying her love of being out on the water and travel.
