The USSA has many committee opportunities for you to get more involved and meet your fellow members as well as make a difference in the industry. We cannot do it alone and need you – the members – to help make a difference.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is the key to any association. We need enthusiastic and dedicated members to help us grow! We have roles available on a National and Regional level, but we need volunteers to help us identify potential qualified members to join!
MARKETING
The USSA has many marketing projects in the works including our new USSA Website, Refit America campaign as well as spreading the word about our advocacy initiatives. This committee needs dedicated individuals to help strategize and implement our marketing efforts.
EVENTS
This committee will develop signature events in each region to help the USSA build membership, increase industry exposure and provide members with the opportunity to network with other business leaders.
ADVOCACY
Broken into two distinct sections: Regulatory and Legislative, this Committee will work with USSA partner organizations and the USSA board of directors to determine our legislative agenda and focus on key regulatory issues affecting our industry. This Committee also has a large focus at the American Boating Congress where members get the opportunity to meet with legislators to better inform them of our missions.
