Fairport Yacht Support was born out of the idea to be an independent shore support company for the yachting community. Offering in-depth knowledge on all facets of yachting, President Graeme Lord opened the doors in October 2011 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Graeme’s knowledge comes from an extensive engineering background including his time as an engineer on yachts to his 11 years in Yacht Management. Fairport Yacht Support’s services range from PYC (Passenger Yacht Code); ISM (International Safety Management); ISPS (International Ship and Port Security); MLC (Maritime Labour Convention);Yacht Financial Administration and Accounting; Crew Administration, Payroll, and Management; Operations and Technical Management with Flag States/Class Administration; to Worldwide Logistical Support. Fairport Yacht Support’s tightknit staff‘s aim is to support the Owner, the Captain and Crew offering a fresh approach to vessel management whose combined expertise can assist in any aspect of yachting.
