The U.S. Superyacht Association (USSA) is joining forces with the Young Professionals in Yachting (YPY) to create a mentorship program.
Have you ever considered being a mentor? There is no time like the present! Many USSA members do not realize all that they can offer to a new professional in the industry. Yachting businesses are unique, and having the guidance of someone who has “been there” and “done that” is priceless.
Being a mentor is as simple as 1, 2, 3….
1) Have the desire and ability to help a young professional.
2) Have a couple hours a month to meet with your mentee in person, on the phone, etc.
