Its members consist ofbusinesses and individuals who have a bona fide U.S. presence and activity in the Superyacht Industry.
WHERE ARE WE?
The original eleven charter members of the U.S. Superyacht Association were predominately based in the State of Florida where the USSA was incorporated as a non-profit association in September 2006. The subsequent USSA members encompass eighteen states within the U.S. with additional associate members worldwide.
HOW DOES IT FUNCTION?
The USSA has established formal business structures with proper corporate governance, and with a democratically elected Board of Directors. The eleven USSA boards of directors consist of committee chair people who oversee the member volunteers in such endeavors as Membership, Events, Fundraising, Advocacy and Public Relations. |
